Founder, President and CEO of Arterra Bioscience, since 2004 until today, as well as Founder and CEO of Vitalab Srl, since 2010. Her education in the field of plant genetics began at the University of Naples and continued at the Washington State University in the department of Genetics and Cell Biology, at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, at the University of California in San Diego and at CSRIO in Canberra (Australia).
Between 1998 and 2000, she was a researcher at the University of California in San Diego, while, between 2000 and 2003, she was Senior Researcher and Head of the plant biology department at Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. of San Diego. Between 2000 and 2006, she was Scientific Advisor of Phylogix Inc. Until 2014, she was also a member of the Scientific Committee of Isagro S.p.A. Between 2005 and 2008, she was Director of Tecnapoli S.c.a.r.l and, between 2004 and 2006, she was Consultant for the Business Plan of GEAR, Regional Center for Applied Genomics for Research.
Dr. Colucci has been awarded on several occasions: in 2006, as Prima Donna of Campania Region, in 2018 she won the EU Women Innovator Prize and the Marisa Bellisario award.
Gualtiero Ioimo

management control, cost-benefit analysis and financial planning activities for
companies operating throughout the national territory; he draws up finalised feasibility plans obtaining national and international funding.

Giuseppe Ferrante

Before joining Arterra, he was Technical Director at Clean Consult International SpA, Manufacturing Excellence Leader at Unilever Italia Manufacturing Srl, Process Engineer at Chemtex SpA (Mossi&Ghisolfi SpA Group) and Quality Assurance Engineer at SEDA International Packaging Group.
Lucio Annunziato
Independent Counselor
He is a Professor Emeritus in Pharmacology, he was a Member of the Ethical Committee for Research Integrity of the Research National Council from 2014 to 2019 and a Member of the Academic Governing Board of the University of Naples “Federico II” from 2011 to 2014, Director of the PhD Program in Neuroscience, Director of the Clinical Pharmacology Residency Program and Chairman of the Department of Neuroscience. He is the author of over 300 international publications and an international book publisher.
The Professor was President of the Italian Society of Neuroscience (SINS) from 2010 to 2012 and is also a Member of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET) and of the British Pharmacological Society. He is President of the Chair Faculty Promotion and Appointment Committee of the Department of Psychiatry, University of Chicago (USA), School of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh (USA) and the Australian/New Zeeland PhD program in neuroscience (Australia).
